The Process
How It Works, Step by Step

Reserve Your Commission
Once we confirm availability, timeline, and pricing, a small 30% deposit of your order total reserves your slot and tells our artisans to begin. The remaining balance is paid only when the piece is complete.

Your Timeline
We give you a clear production timeline so you know exactly when to expect your piece, from the first thread to final finishing.

Updates While It Is Made
As your piece is woven, we keep you posted by email and share real photos and short video reels of your commission in progress — so you watch it come to life.
04
Finished Piece & Final Invoice
When it is ready, we send you a detailed HD video of the completed piece along with a clear invoice for the remaining balance.

Carefully Shipped Worldwide
Once the balance is settled, we dispatch your piece in under 24 hours on business days via DHL express — fast, fully tracked delivery in 1 to 7 days, worldwide.
