3. Products & Handmade Nature

Every Tigemi piece is handwoven in Morocco by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and dimensions are natural and expected — they are signatures of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Tigemi may accept or decline at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

Tigemi accepts payment through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We are not liable for charges resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tigemi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Tigemi piece. Our full return and refund terms are available on our Refund Policy page. Summary:

• 30-day return window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Free return shipping is provided when:
  • The item arrives damaged or defective;
  • We sent the wrong item;
  • It is your first order with Tigemi.
• Buyer-paid return shipping applies to returns for change of mind, size, or color preference.
• Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Non-returnable items: Custom orders, final-sale items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

To start a return, please contact contact@tigemi.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, and the Tigemi name and brand — is the property of Tigemi and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
